1. All presentations are recorded as video feeds.
This process converts all of your powerpoint slides and images into a video signal. By converting your presentation into a video signal all of the elements (images, photographs, text) are no longer accessible, nor can they be copied or manipulated in any way. Video resolution is significantly lower than print resolution making the images clear to view on screen but practically unusable in any other format. You can also watermark your slides with your name or put a brief copyright notice at the bottom of their slides which will become a permanent part of the video. s

2. Option to "black out" sensitive images.
We can "black out" any images in your presentation as long as you let us know which images you'd like to have blacked out. Due to the fact that this process is very time consuming and laborious we recommend this only in situations where extremely sensitive images are shown.

3. Option to view and approve presentation before being distributed on DVD-ROM.
If you would like to review your presentation before having it distributed on DVD-ROM we can arrange to upload the video of your presentation to a secure website where you can review it. Again, due to the large number of presentations at WVC we recommend this only in situations where extremely sensitive content is shown otherwise this process may significantly delay the entire production.

4. Watermarking
All videos will be watermarked with the WVC-Encore! logo ensuring that anyone who sees the video will know that this content was captured and distributed by the North American Veterinary Conference. Click here for an example.

5. Addition of Metadata
All audio and video files will have the appropriate metadata embedded within them. This includes the name of the conference, the speaker name, presentation titles and year. When an MP3 file added to a media player such as iTunes the metadata will allow users to search and sort presentations easily. This ensures that users know who is the producer of the content. The content ownership information is also embedded in the file. Click here for an example.

6. Locking Videos
All audio and video files will be "locked" ensuring that they cannot be edited in any way whatsoever.
